Our Cancellation Policy is designed to ensure fairness for users, drivers, and vendors. It applies to all bookings made via the AR Technologies User App, Driver App, or Admin Panel.

1. User-Initiated Cancellations

• Free Cancellation Window: You can cancel a booking within 2 minutes of confirmation without any charge.
• If cancelled after 2 minutes or once the driver/vendor has been assigned and en route, a cancellation fee may be applied based on distance/time.

2. Driver/Vendor-Initiated Cancellations

• If a driver or vendor cancels after accepting the booking without valid reason, it will be flagged.
• Users may be offered a replacement or full refund if payment was made in advance.

3. No-Show Policy

• If the user fails to show up at the pickup location after the driver has arrived and waited for more than 5 minutes, the booking will be marked as a No-Show.
• In such cases, no refund will be issued and a No-Show fee may apply.

4. Cancellation Due to Unavailability

If AR Technologies cannot assign a driver/vendor within a reasonable time due to unavailability, the booking will be auto-cancelled and a full refund will be issued.

5. How to Cancel

• Users can cancel directly via the app before the service begins.
• For post-service cancellations or disputes, users must contact support within 24 hours.
